In order to assure the proper usage of people’s skills, the proper design/execution/maintenance of processes and appropriate usage of products; training has become indispensable.
With this in mind Gorilla Security has adopted the policy of providing the necessary knowledge transfer, not only by a pragmatic hands-on/in-the-field , but also by formal training on particular subjects of interest.

ITIL® Trainings
The ITIL® V3 Expert certification is of great value. It clearly identifies the fact that the certified person masters the ITIL® Process Framework aswell as its practical implementation.
The most cost efficient and fastest track is to complete first the Service Manager V2 Certificate and then the ITIL® Managers Bridge V2-V3.
Attending this track will no longer possible be as of July 2010. As from that date, several seperate modules will need to be attended first.
