Description
The scope and purpose of the training is to provide management and senior technical staff of the Network Operations team with an understanding of the NGOSS framework and how it could suit their needs.
The topics covered will be:
- NGOSS introduction and positioning
- eTOM Process Framework
- SID Information Framework
- TNA Systems Integration Framework
- TAM Application Framework
The course will take 3 days. We will use TeleManagement Forum’s NGOSS distilled publication as the handbook and enhance it with TMF’s white papers and publications and practical examples from the Telecom Operators market.
The course will also cover the relationship of NGOSS with COBIT, ITIL and TOGAF.
