Description
The participants are prepared for the exam of Service Manager. Based on trial exams that take place with "closed book", they are getting insights and certain skills in answering the exam questions.
We start with a quick review of the 11 ITIL® Service Management Disciplines. Then we go into a hands-on practical mode. Based on similar case studies as in the exam we propose representative questionnaires that the need to be answered individually by each participant. The trainer will coach and correct on a class level but also individual coaching will be part of this stage.
Using this method we optimize the probability of success when taking the real exam.
