Description
The aim of this training is to acquire an in-depth understanding of the ITIL® Service Support Processes, and eventually to be able to apply these processes in a real life environment.
The pre-requisites that are required by EXIN in order to obtain the certificate of Manager in IT Service Management is the starting point.
The participants who have followed this training will be able to implement the support processes in their organizations.
We will thoroughly go through the various Service Delivery Disciplines:
- Service Level Management
- Capacity Management
- Availability Management
- IT Service Continuity Management
- Financial Management

Based on real life case studies we demonstrate the do's and don'ts. We work in a workshop like format on a specific case.
