Description
Prior to introducing ITIL® processes it is recommended for the IT staff to attend this interactive presentation, introducing concrete cases, explaining the goal and the advantages of a process thinking and working method.
Participants are introduced to IT Service Management. They become aware of the purpose and the goal of Service Management. They are given insight in the ITIL® best practices framework. The processes are introduced in a brief and concise manner to show the participants the advantages of process based activities. We provide live relevant case studies.
We review common advantages and also some disadvantages of implementing an ITIL® based approach. We respond to the often enthusiastic remarks and provide answers to the possible concerns the participants might have.
This one-day training is an instructive way to clarify with the participants in which way the organization will benefit when using ITIL®.
There is no exam for this training, Gorilla Security will provide a certificate of participation.
