Description
In this advanced training we will dive into the EBIOS Risk Analysis method. The 5 steps of the methodology are reviewed and directly applied to the participants' use cases. The purpose of this training is to guide the participants through the methodology in order to allow them achieving a complete analysis on their own.
This training is organized around workshops over 3 days, with the 3rd day of consolidation taking place a couple of weeks after the first two. During those first two days, the participants submit their particular case, and together with the trainers, they apply and review the EBIOS methodology to their very own cases, trying to unlock the difficulties they encounter. During the third consolidation day, the participants review the final output and the compliance to the methodology of their own risk analysis with the trainers.
Please note that participants to a session should share the same use cases. Different use cases will be treated in different sessions.
Complementary Information
The training is given by two trainers who has a deep knowledge of the EBIOS risk analysis method in both theoretical and practical ways, and one of whom is an EBIOS expert.Training sessions are only organized upon demand in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the participants' use cases.
